4. Intellectual property
The entire Website (text, structure, visual identity, films, images, animations, code) is protected by copyright and database rights. Unless otherwise stated, it belongs to the publisher. Any reproduction, public display or performance, adaptation, or distribution, in whole or in part, by any means, without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes infringement under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle). Browsing the Website for private use and making short quotations with attribution remain permitted.
Third-party software components used by the Website are distributed under their respective licenses: Fraunces and Manrope fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1), three.js (MIT license), Lenis (MIT license), GSAP (GSAP standard license, free including for commercial use). The license texts are included in the Website files.
5. Third-party brands and demo films
The films on the Website depicting Granola, Empacer, Kompa, Cleavr and Zeliq are demo films (concept films and spec films) produced on Tercet Studio's own initiative, without a commission from or affiliation with these companies. They have not been approved by these companies or produced in partnership with them and are not official communications from these brands. Their sole purpose is to illustrate how the Studio tells a product's story.
Granola, Empacer, Kompa, Cleavr, and Zeliq, and their associated names, logos, and interfaces, are trademarks and creative works belonging to their respective owners. The logos in these films were redrawn for demonstration purposes, and no files, visuals, or assets supplied by these companies were used. Any rights holder who wishes to request removal of a film or mention may contact hello@tercet.studio. Requests will be addressed as soon as possible.
6. Personal data and cookies
The Website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Data submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to inquiries and prepare a quote. Details of processing, retention periods, and your rights are set out in the privacy policy.
7. Liability
The publisher seeks to keep information accurate and current, including the prices and delivery times shown, which do not constitute a binding offer. Only a signed quote or payment for an order on the Website binds the parties, under the conditions set out in the terms of sale. The publisher cannot be held liable for temporary Website outages, the consequences of improper use of published information, or the content of third-party websites linked from the Website.

Design, copy, films, and website development: Tercet Studio. The Website is built without third-party tracking services: fonts, libraries, and media are served from the Website itself.
