Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
The controller of data collected on tercet.studio is Aviv TEBOUL, a sole proprietor trading as "Tercet Studio", 12 rue Blaise Pascal, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, who can be reached at hello@tercet.studio. No data protection officer has been appointed, as the size of the business does not require one. Questions can be sent to the same address.
2. Data collected
Contact form
Name, email address, company name (optional), preferred package (optional), and message content. The form includes an invisible field to filter out bots; it collects no information about you.
Appointment booking
If you book a call through the calendar link, the scheduling tool records your name, email address, chosen time, and answers to any preliminary questions (product, website, launch date). This tool applies its own privacy policy, shown on its booking page.
Business relationship
If we work together: business contact details, correspondence, quotes, contracts, invoices, and materials needed to produce the film (screens, text, brand assets).
Technical data
The Website sets no cookies and reads no identifiers from your device. For security and operation of the service, the hosting provider processes technical logs containing the IP address, timestamp, and requested page. If analytics are enabled, they use neither cookies nor personal identifiers and cannot recognize you across visits (see section 6).

4. Retention periods

- Accounting documents (signed quotes, invoices): ten years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce).
- Hosting provider's technical logs: a limited period set by the hosting provider for security purposes.
5. Recipients and processors
Only the data controller handles your data. It passes through the technical providers strictly necessary to operate the Website and the business: the hosting provider, business email provider, form message delivery service, scheduling tool, and, where applicable, a cookie-free analytics tool. Each acts on instructions and does not use your data for its own purposes. An up-to-date list of these providers is available on request.
Some of these providers may be based in the United States. In that case, transfers are covered by their certification under the EU-US data protection framework (Data Privacy Framework) or by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Website uses no cookies, whether first-party or third-party, and has no embedded third-party sharing buttons or players. Films are served from the Website itself. This is why you see no consent banner.
If analytics are enabled, they use a privacy-respecting tool that sets no cookies, stores no full IP addresses, and produces only aggregate statistics (page views, country, device type, booking button clicks, film player opens). These statistics cannot identify you.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to processing of, and obtain portability of your data, as well as to set instructions for its handling after your death. To exercise these rights, email hello@tercet.studio with details of your request. You will receive a response within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.
8. Security
The Website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data is stored in tools protected by passwords and enhanced authentication, accessible only to the data controller. If a data breach is likely to put your rights at risk, you will be informed in accordance with applicable rules.
The Website is intended for business users and is not directed at minors.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated as the Website or applicable rules change. The date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Significant changes are announced on this page.
